Departure
You will be looked after by one of the world’s best cycling “climbers” and his domestiques. Over the stay, we will ascend 5-10 thousand metres. You can select between two performance groups, and if you don't feel like it, we'll adjust the training.
THE PACKAGE INCLUDES
A bike and mechanics
We work with Free Motion, a trusted bike rental and servicing network. A Specialized Tarmac SL7 Di2 Disc will be ready for you directly at the hotel. If agreed in advance, a superior model can be supplied, or you can use your own bike. Each evening the bikes will be checked by professional mechanics.
Accommodation
Accommodation has been arranged in Anfi del Mar. The apartments have two bedrooms. Each guest will have their own bedroom and bathroom. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen is shared. Single bedroom apartments are available by special agreement.
Every room has a spacious and private terrace with a view of the ocean. High-speed internet is, of course, provided.
Flights and transfers
Everything is included. We depart on Saturday from Prague’s Václav Havel airport and return a week later. On Gran Canaria we arrange all transfers from and to the airport.
Food and drink
We provide light refreshments during each training session. The price also includes the welcome breakfast, the farewell dinner and refreshments on the boat trip, all in the company of Roman Kreuziger. The Gran Anfi resort includes a shop and several good restaurants.
Physiotherapy
An experienced physiotherapist will travel to the island with us. We will start with ten minutes of warm up exercises before each training session. During the camp you can make use of an hour of regeneration therapy. The physiotherapist will always be on hand to deal with acute cases - taping, muscle problems etc.
Photographs
Memories are valuable! We will make a record of your cycling performance on Gran Canaria, and during the camp we will send you the best shots from the hills, side by side with Roman Kreuziger.
