Enjoy the end of the season in the wonderful setting of the Šumava hills (near the German and Austrian borders) with Roman Kreuziger and Bernie Eisel of the Team Dimension Data. Put your body to the test and experience the world of a professional cyclist – from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th October at the famed Horská Kvilda.
You can look forward to high-quality mountain training in the company of riders from the professional peloton. And also seminars, and assistance from top technicians, physiotherapists, and masseurs, a sauna and good healthy food. In short, a top cycling environment.
If you come without your own bike it’s no problem. We will loan you an elite BMC bike for free. You can also test drive the latest range of attractive and powerful Mercedes-Benz cars.

Questions and answers
Have you organised a similar event before?
In the summer we organised a two trainings, you can read a report on the ride with Roman Kreuziger and František Raboň here.
I don’t have a road bike, but I want to take part.
No problem, in cooperation with the Czech distributor of BMC we can loan you a bike and set it up, for free.
What if it rains or will be cold?
We will venture out whatever the weather. If the weather is totally foul at least one group will head into the woods on MTB. We will announce this sufficiently in advance based on the forecast.
What if I fall behind?
No need to worry. Our domestique will drop back and help you return to the pack. If you are completely out of energy one of the accompanying cars can pick you up.
Can I bring a non-cycling guest?
If there is sufficient accommodation capacity yes. However, think carefully whether they might be bored. It will be an intensive sporting weekend and a programme for the day is only arranged for active cyclists participating in the training.
Which professional riders will participate?
In total there will be three current or former professional cyclists. Roman Kreuziger is confirmed, as well as Bernie Eisel. We will confirm third rider as soon as possible. Because at the time of the Weekend Grupeta the season will not yet have finished we are working with several alternatives. You can be sure it will be great though.
